removal of existing deck and replacement with new deck at 10 <br /> Waterway, Assessors map 105, Block 237. <br /> The Chairman recognized kick Lagadinos, contractor, <br /> representing the Applicant. Mr. Lagadinos stated the proposal <br /> includes removal of the existing deck for safety reasons) to be <br /> replaced with a deck two ft. feet deeper but not to exceed <br /> the existing brick patio area. References were being rade to the <br /> plan. <br /> Diane Horetos stated the footprint would remain landwards of <br /> the existing patio. She stated agreement has been reached to <br /> provide some restoration, and plantings adjacent to the patio. <br /> She then recommended a Negative-2 determination. <br /> Vere being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carob. Moore made a lotion for a Negative-2 <br /> determination; <br /> egative- <br /> d.etermination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shave and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 55 Victor Gorda-For Determination of Applicability on the <br /> installation of a Title-v septic system and relocation of <br /> existing water service at 26 waterway, Assessors Map 105, Block <br /> 205. <br /> The Chairman recognized David Sanicki, cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing the Applicant. Mr. 8anicki made <br /> reference to the plan indicating the location of the existing <br /> four bedroom house and cesspool to the water side of the house. <br /> Mr. Sanicki explained the proposal would relocate the septic <br /> system to the front side of the house. variances have been <br /> requested from the Board of Health and remain pending. <br /> Mane Boretos identified this to be an obvious improvement <br /> to the property; and recommended a Negative-2 determination. <br /> The Chairman recommended a notation be made on the plan or <br /> application indicating replacement plantings are to be made at <br /> the septic system area to replace those trees being removed. <br /> notation was- made for the planting of three native shrubs <br /> within the disturbed area, dated and signed by Mr. Sanicki. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosen made a motion for a Negative <br /> determination, pending Board of Health approval; which motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> oo Robin Cogan-For construction of a dwelling, deck, and <br /> -10- <br />
