Based upon the Bylaw, a fifty o ft. ) <br /> foot buffer strip to the work limit is provided, the deck to be <br /> located up to the f ifty feet, the house to be located within the <br /> second fifty feet, with the septic system located outside of the <br /> one hundred loo ft. ) feet. <br /> Mr. Sanicki reported a conflict with the Conservation Agent <br /> with regard to the Bvw, stating the area is flat and that it is <br /> an inland bank, and that a fifty o ft. ) foot buffer strip is <br /> being provided.
