Also agreed to was that until such time as the <br /> Town received a paid 'invoice e from the landscaper, the plan would <br /> be returned to it ' s approved forret; which has also been carried <br /> out . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has made arrangements to Meet with the <br /> landscape architect and has agreed to defer the work until the <br /> month of September, weather conditions being more suitable for <br /> replanting. <br /> 1r. He <br /> suggested nothing further~ be discussed at this time. <br /> . Mr. Sherman reported there is a meed for minor <br /> Regulatory changes, one of which is the Rivers Act. He - state <br /> he would hope to have a package reader for Corission review at <br /> the next scheduled meeting. He suggested the Commission schedule <br /> a Regulation Hearing for the meeting after next . <br /> 8 : 30- J.
