He provided a plan <br /> for Commission review. <br /> Diane Boretos reported the species adjacent to the coastal <br /> bank have been replaced with native species. She also indicated <br /> an area which is to be planted with bayberry and little blue stem <br /> grass, as noted in letter dated July 14, 2000 . <br />
