Wilson realized there is no notation on the revised <br /> plan, stating she would include such. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended acceptance of the change being <br /> proposed in view of the following: There is no change to the <br /> vegetated buffer; and inclusion of a notation on the- revised <br /> plan stating a denitrifying septic system is to be constructed. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to accept the proposed <br /> change as an Administrative plan change pending receipt of a <br /> reprised plan noting construction of a denitrifying septic system; <br /> which lotion was seconded by carol Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7: 00 Joan S. Macy-Determination of Applicability on proposed <br /> trimming and pruning, removal of a pine and holly tree, <br /> replacement of existing fence and maintenance of access to pond <br /> via boardwalk or pathway at 6 Pond Street, Assessors Map 117, <br /> Block 7-RDA. <br /> The Assistant Conservation Agent stated she has spoken to <br /> the Applicant regarding angel in the BVW delineation. <br /> References were being made to the plan, BVW location, an obvious <br /> f ill area, and the actual starting point of the BVW being at the <br /> base of the 6-ft. contour. <br /> Ms. Boretos stated the resource delineations and shrub <br /> plantings have been discussed with the Applicant . <br /> The Chairman recognized Joan Macey, who stated the property <br /> had not been maintained, noting that some of the existing shrubs <br /> have been storm damaged. She requested permission to cut the <br /> shrubs back in order to clear a path along the side of the house. <br /> She also stated her intention to maintain abrins along the lot <br /> lime which will provide privacy. <br /> Ms. Boretos stated the area has overgrown, and that the <br /> -2- <br />
