However, she suggested an attempt be made to save the <br /> holly tree; Applicant agreed the holly tree would not be removed. <br /> Elliot Rosea suggested Applicant delete the words "holly <br /> tree's from the work description and initial/date said change; <br /> which she did. <br /> Where being no public input or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol. Moore made a Motion for a Negative-2 <br /> Determinatio <br /> egative- <br /> Determinatio .; which motion was seconded by Elliot Rosea and so <br /> noted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 05 Thomas Smith-266 Mono o s coy Road, continued from March <br /> , 2000, Dwelling. <br /> At the Conservation Agent ' s request, the Clerk determined <br /> there is no request for continuation from Applicant within the <br /> file. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported the status of this matter to be that <br /> Applicant has requested a continuation on the dewtered perc, and <br /> in doing so has cut down three or four~ trees in order to <br /> accomodate the perp test. Applicants agent, Ed Pecci, has been <br /> informed that a reregetation plan should have been submitted by <br /> this meeting date. To the best of his knowledge, no plan has <br /> been submitted. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission is unable a to issue a <br /> permit as the next perc test cannot be conducted until/unless the <br /> revegetation plan is submitted. Also, the Conservation <br /> Commission cannot issue until there is approval from the Board of <br /> Health, who cannot approve without the next perc test. <br /> After brief discussion, the Commissioners agreed to deny <br /> this ratter. <br />
