There being no one present to represent the Applicant, no <br /> public input, or further~ Commission discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosea made a lotion to Deny: which Motion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 10 David Cohen-18 wheelhouse Lame, continued from larch <br /> o, 2000, an elevated walkway, N I . <br /> Ir. Sherman explained this matter has been continued pending <br /> a decision from Board of Appeals, and shellfish warden Report. <br /> There being no one present to represent the Applicant, no <br /> Board of Appeals Decision, no public input, or further Conunission <br /> discussion, the chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosen made a lotion to Deny; which lotion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> IOTIOT: Michael Grotske entered the Meeting, at which point <br /> Elliot Rosen made a Motion to re-open the : 10 David Cohen <br /> matter; which motion was seconded by carol Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 1r. Sherman asked if the Board of Appeals has issued an <br /> approval, to which Mr.. tarot ske responded, "No., they haven' t" . <br /> Mr. Sherman explained the conservation Commission is unable <br /> to issue without the Board of Appeals Decision and suggested the <br /> matter be further continued. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosen made a Motion to continue this matter <br /> to September 21, Zoo, at p.m. for a final decision, at the <br /> request of the Applicant; which lotion was seconded by Ralph Shaw <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15 Sturgis Landing Trust-35 Sturgis Lane, a continuance <br /> from June 22, 2000, Landscape Proposal, A/0. <br /> Mr. Sherman informed the Commissioners that he has reached <br /> agreement with the Applicant to reveetate a lame portion of <br /> what had been previously cut, approximately 1, 500 square feet. <br /> However, the plans have not yet been finalized; Applicant was <br /> unable to attend thy.g meeting due to a personal matter. <br /> Sherman sugF ested the om ission vote to either entrust <br /> hire to approve the revised plan and meet with Applicant; or to <br /> continue the matter for review by the Conservation Commission <br /> MOTION- Elliot Rosen made a Notion to accept the amendment, <br /> subject to approval by the Conservation dent of the revised <br /> Landscaping Plan; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> - - <br />
