Kirrane stated, as the Board night recall, the Board issued under the <br /> Act but denied under the Bylaw. An appeal was filed. They have been <br /> working with Mario I iG egorio and Ellis Allen to come up with a plan to <br /> address concerns. A report was submitted re the trees on the site and how <br /> they can be protected. The dwelling was moved and the work limit line has <br /> been reduced to try to keep construction away from the Beech trees. The <br /> large double Beech has been saved. They have worked with Mr. Sherman for <br /> scenario that addresses the Bylaw and meets the needs of the homeowner. <br /> Only two trees will be lost. <br /> Mr. Sherman commended Atty. Kirrane and Mr. I iGregorio for their efforts. <br /> He recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the plans and issue. <br /> 'Unanimous s vote. <br /> PLANS ACCEPTED/HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 7:15 RICHARD S.
