Ms Boyd asked if <br /> they were going to do road repairs? Mr. Bunker stated they have no plans to <br /> change the road. <br /> An abutter asked the distance of the house from Alma Road? It is 20'. It <br /> was asked if the abutters could comment at a continued hearing? The Chair <br /> stated they could. It was noted there would be no notification by mail. <br /> Asked who will make a decision, the Chair advised the Commission will. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 17 August <br /> 2000 at 8:10 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Note. <br /> HEARING CON INUED 0 <br /> 7:05 NEW SEABURY PROPERTIES ITC to construct a four bedroom <br /> dwelling, septic system, driveway, utilities and landscaping at 23 Alma Road. <br /> Robert Gray of sabatia, Atty. Glenn wood and Tom Bunker of BSS-Design <br /> were present. Abutter notification receipts were provided. This is a five <br /> bedroom home with attached garage. <br /> The Chair stated this will have to be readvertised and renotified as the filing <br /> states four. - Mr. Bunker stated they will change it to four. <br /> Atty, woos was of the opinion that it was not necessary to reavertise or <br /> renotify for this hearing. The abutters present are not raising substantive <br /> issues. <br /> The Chair stated it does not merit further discussion; it must be readertised <br /> and abutters notified. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 17 August <br /> 2000 at 8:15 at the request of the applicant.
