17 August 2000 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Anthony Ferragamo was present with Dave Sanicki. This will be a three <br /> bedroom house, as it is noir. The lot slopes from spoondrift to Popponesset <br /> Creek. An existing cesspool system will be pumped clean and fined with <br /> sand. There is a catch basin on spoondrift. They will conform to Title v <br /> regulations. A retention berm will be installed. The side that is lawn area <br /> will be replanted with native species. <br /> i Mr. Sherman stated taking away the runoff from lawn is a -major <br /> improvement. Mr. Ferragamo stated there is a measurable amount of lawn <br /> removal. Mr. Sherman would condition refinement. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue subject to Board of <br /> Appeals decision. Unanimous'Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:20 BIHN PHLS to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1443 to permit <br /> retaining wall, landscaping and a deck at 25 Nobska Road. Binh Phu was <br /> present. <br /> Mr. she rman stated, in error, offset stakes were used for the house staked <br /> and the work spilled over onto Conservation land. A landscape plan has been <br /> agreed to with other small changes included. There is a Cape & Islands <br /> stamped plan for the fill itself. Irywells will have to be added. Binh Phu <br /> agreed. They are not requesting a lawn. Mr. Sherman recommended <br /> approval o the Amended order so they can start work as soon as possible. <br /> Public comment-, none. <br /> f VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the amendment with drywells <br /> added. Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:25 452 NATHAN TRUST to construct a dwelling, garage, deck, Title v <br /> septic system, utility services and driveway within the outer riverfront area <br /> of Childs River at 452 Nathan Alis Highway.
