17 August 2000 <br /> Page 6. <br /> 7:45' DANIEL BOHNENBLRG R, 41 Riverside Rd., continued from 2 <br /> July 2000. Stephen Silva presenting. Compensatory vegetation can be <br /> conditioned. Board of Appeals is needed. The dotted line is the existing <br /> building. No work to start until a revegetation plan is agreed upon. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Health, Board <br /> of Appeals and a revegetation plan. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:50 wILLO B ND DEVELOPMENT for construction and maintenance <br /> of a single family residence at 235 Windygate Road. Toe Harvey was present <br /> with Peggy Fantozzi. They are seeking approval of the building envelope. <br /> `here is a previous RDA that delineated the resource areas. Another plan <br /> will follow with the footprint. It is 57' to the 1lahee coastal bank. There <br /> will be a 4' retaining wall. <br /> Ms Fantozzi stated the retaining wall can be included in the landscape plan. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue with a landscape plan <br /> including the retaining wall. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:55 WILLOWBEND DEVELOPMENT for construction and maintenance <br /> of a single family residence at 195 windygate Road. Joe Harvey was present <br /> with Peggy Fantozzi. Mr. Harvey stated it is a similar situation with a <br /> building envelope. House is 3 ' to the coastal bank, 70' to the BVW. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked them to move the limit of work in 10'. This was agreed. <br /> He recommended approval with a new plan. <br /> Public comment: ]none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close with a revised plan showing the <br /> Limit of wort and receipt of a DEP number. Unanimous vote. <br />
