Town Mashpee <br /> . 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> M Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, chapter <br /> 172, Rules and regulations concenng wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 401 <br /> Massachusetts sachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee'town Hall on <br /> September 2000 at 7:20-p.m. on the application of John Donnelan for a single family <br /> house, garage, deck, driveway, Title V septic system and utility services at Pond <br /> Circle, Assessors Map 64, Block 75A.- <br /> In <br /> .-In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the l rf ashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o :30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and glace, will bep ublished at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
