Section 401, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town own Flail on <br /> September 2000 at 7:25 p.m.,on the application of New Seahury Cape Cod for proposed <br /> removal by hand of Phragmites spp. from three bordering vegetated wetlands on the golf <br /> course property, Shore Drive. west, Assessors Map 127, Block 1. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans <br /> on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conuni sion between the hours of 8:30 and 3:3.0, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
