31 August 2000 Page New s a ury Beach Nourishment: Ms Boretos advised of a request for Administrative Review of changes to the order of Conditions issued on the reach nourishment. The order was appealed to DEI'. They want to change the date from March 30 to March 15 when they can do beach nourishment. They are not nourishing all the profiles. Linder special Condition ## , the applicant, will stake the Mean High water line prior to nourishment. If depositing below Mean High water, they will have to file for Chapter 91 and the Corps. The applicant states they are not going there. Chapter 91 feels they can do it.' Mr. Hayes stated there was some question of historic Mean High water. He will provide details. Let then know 'and they will withdraw the appeal immediately. Mr. Sherman stated it is appropriate, Mr. Mayes introduced Mr. and Mrs. Liatsos who were present with. him. They are looking at serious erosion and will be doing'beach nourishment. He asked how detailed the plan should be for the coastal bank.
