Bob Shea stated he would be willing <br /> to do this. <br /> Regulations; Mr. Sherman stated there is a need for.Commission input on <br /> the regs. The committee was comprised of Carol Moore and Chuck Green. <br /> Ms Moore agreed to stay active. <br /> Proposed Regulations: Mr. Sherman is writing a policy on slope <br /> interpretation, new lawn fertilizer standards and non-acceptance of plans <br /> digitized from aerial surveys and revisions of the Riverfront regs. 'those <br /> would be incorporated into the regs at a hearing later. <br /> Golf Course: A superseding order was received and the Commission's <br /> delineations were affirmed. when they come back with a Notice, .they will � <br /> have to do more wort on identifying isolated lands subjectto-flooding. More <br /> slope calculations will be required. <br /> Natural Resources Committee. Mr. Sherman will represent the <br /> Commission with Carol Moore as alternate. <br /> Town Meeting Articles: The selectmen requested a few minor changes <br /> that were not very important. They are satisfied now. <br /> Cotuit Bay Condos: A request for a Certificate of Compliance was received <br /> from Sabana and they were told they could get a partial but would not get on <br /> going vista pruning maintenance because of repetitive violations. Mr. <br /> Sherman react from the letter requesting reconsideration of that. <br /> Considering theJX past history, he did not feel the request should be honored. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to reaffirm the Commission's previous <br /> } position. Unanimous Vote. <br /> AFC : There was a problem at the last hearing with a quorum. They are <br /> coming in again on the Th. Mr. Sherman has been working with Bill Risher <br />
