MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSIO Minutes of 21 September 2000 Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Carol Moore, John Johansen, Carol Moore, Robert Shea, Michael Talbot, Greg Wirsen. The meeting gra called to rder at m. with a quorum present. 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: alone. 7:00 OLAVI VIITA for vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity ity at 18 Little Neck Lane. John Johansen stepped down and Greg W rsen was appointed voting member for this hearing. Mr. & Mrs. Wta were present. Davey Tree will be doing the lifting of branches. Mr. Johansen stated he has seen the site and there is no problem with ghat is proposed. It meets the guidelines. Public comment: None. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue. Unanimous Vote. HEARING CLOSE . 7:05 GLORIA C. COOKE for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed 10' x 12' garden shed and replacement of railroad tie wall at 25 James Circle. Mr. & lugs. Cooke were present. Mr. Sherman stated this is a "no brain er". Nis Moore spoke in favor of the project. Public comment: alone. VOTE: Lotion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 7:10 RICHARD M. CUSHNER for a Determination of Applicability on replacement of an existing deck at 22 Samoset Toad. Dr. C shn r was present. He advised six creels ago his deck collapsed. It will be replaced In the same footprint. Public comment: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 7:15 MASH PEE WATER DISTRICT for a Determination of Applicability on the proposed installation of grater mains and Oppurtenances, portions of which are located within the Buffer Zone to wetland resource areas and the f iverfront Area to the Mashpee River, within the existing road layout; and removal and replacement of guard rails and digging of test holes in the Mashpee Shores Area/Saddleback Area. Lynn Hamblin was present.
