Una+nimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:20 MARC LEVY for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed addition to an <br /> existing dwelling with full foundations at 16 Fells Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they are asking for a continuance in order to determine the <br /> number of legal bedrooms. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 5 October 2000 at + <br /> 7:55 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous dote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:25 RICHARD E. MARVAS for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed s.eptic <br /> upgrade at 67 Riverside Road. <br /> Ms Boretos recommended Negative two. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. l nanimo s Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:30 ALAN MELT ER, 51 Sunset Circle, continued from 6 ,duly 20 00. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this can be approved but the floats will have to be removed until <br /> Chapter 91 is received. He will not sign off on any building permit. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue pending Board of Appeals, <br /> Board of Healthy and that the floats be removed until they receive Chapter <br /> 1 permit and a building permit. Unanimous Mote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br />
