Mr. <br /> Sherman advised they want to continue. They have tried to restrict access concerning the <br /> additional bedrooms. A letter was sent to their attorney, co-signed by Board of Health and the <br /> Building Inspector. <br /> r <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 19 October 2000 at : o p.m. at <br /> the request of the applicant. [unanimous Vote. <br /> FEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:55 MARCLEVY,16 Fells Circle,continued from 21 September 2000. Mr. Sherman spoke with <br /> Mr. Levy today and this will have to be continued again because the issue of bedrooms has not <br /> been resolved.' He will be going to the property with the Building Inspector to confirm the <br /> number of bedrooms. It was continued for additional fees <br /> and to have the actual vegetation shown. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the stakes for the pool are in the area of natural vegetation.
