MA PEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 2 November ber 2000 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons,Elliot Rosenberg,John Johansen,Michael <br /> Talbot,Robert Shea,Carol Moore. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.with a quorum present. <br /> 6:55 PUBLICCOMMENT: Len Pinaud was present and had expressed interest to the Selectmen <br /> and Commission in serving on the Board. The Chair thanked hire for attending. <br /> 7:00 LITTLE NECK I REALTY TRUST on a request to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1812 to include a landscape plan for 44 Little Neck Dane. Lave Sanicki was present. The house <br /> is ander construction. The original plan provided access through the basement. They want to <br /> add a cobblestone edge and retaining wall to have access to the existing walkout basement. The <br /> resources are a coastal bark and salt marsh. The work limit has not charged. <br /> Pubhc comment:none. <br /> VOTE. Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:05 PIIILLA J. STOLBA to amend the Order Of Conditions for SE 3-1878 for a deck and <br /> garage addition at 37 Cappawack Road. Dave Sanicki presenting. This is a change of house <br /> plans as the original did not have the same sized garage. They have a variance from the Board of <br /> Appeals. The house has been reconfigured. <br /> Ms Boretos advised she went out there and looked at the clearing and staking. It appeared the <br /> work limit had been exceeded. Mr. Sanicki stated that is not true, there is staking on the ground <br /> that was done last week. There were siltation fences and there are new stakes for the new house. <br /> The original order granted permission to clear the site. Ms Boretos stated there was no pre-work <br /> on-site, <br /> Ir. Sanicki stated he was told there was approval and according to the contractor, they did not <br /> exceed thework limit. The work limit line has not been violated. The other house is not in the <br /> same position as this house. He asked the Commission to close subject to verification. <br /> Ms. Boretos stated her first review was that there is a violation there and there was no pre-work <br /> on--sits. <br /> Public comment:none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 16 November 2000 at :00 p.m. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br />
