He advised the Conservation Agent requested a change on the dock'to fiberglass <br /> grating. They have done that. He also thought they were very conservative on the wetland line. <br /> It has been re-stared. The original plans were modified. The Harbormaster asked that they chop <br /> off 30' because it is a mooring area. <br /> The Chair asked if the Agent's concerns with flagging were satisfied. Ms Boretos stated Mr. <br /> Sherman recommended closing pending additional flags wanted two more flags between salt <br /> marsh #1 and#2 and between#2 and# . This is also subject to Board of Appeals. <br /> Public comment:none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Appeals and the confirmation <br /> of flagging by the Agent. Unanimous Note. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:30 NEW SEA U Y PROPERTIES L.L.C., 108 Shore Drive Nest, continued from 19 October <br /> 2000.
