Unanimous Note. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEP'T`ED. <br /> 7:20 FREDERICK & LOIS GLASS to. amend the Order of Conditions for S <br /> 43-837 to include vista pruning at 41Waterline-Drive South. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised a plan was submitted showing vista pruning corridors <br /> that does not exceed parameters. He recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept.the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 7;25 JOSEPH LYONS for_ a proposed dwelling addition with garage and <br /> storage beneath at 122 Whippoorwill Circle. Dave Sanicki was present. Elliot <br /> Rosenberg stepped down as an officer of SCCA and Robert Shea acted as Chair. <br /> Mr. Sanici advised there is no increase in bedrooms; that could not be done <br /> with the present septic. It is lawn between the house and BVW and. is staked. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is getting slightly closer. He suggested continuing for <br /> two weeks to determine what,square footage of vegetation is going. They could <br /> move in the work limit and see if there are a few places to add compensatory <br /> plantings. Mr. Talbot agreed to join Messrs Sherman and Sanicl i at an on- <br /> site. Board of Appeals is Pending. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 30 November 2000 at 7:40 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br />
