He provided an 1983 <br /> photograph of the activity occurring in the basin to be discussed. , They are <br /> requesting that this basin, as shorn, to be refilled to the 194 topography s <br /> that it can accept the fill corning,out of the septic treatment plant on Mid-Iron <br /> Way and Bayview Drive. They have also provided a Planting plan showing <br /> ing <br /> vegetation of the ' area from the top of the coastal bank. It includes <br /> ammophila 18" on center. They are going to vegetate this from the top of the <br /> coastal bank to the ' setback, two clumps.per hole. They are going to inter- <br /> 'plant that with -bayberry, sweet fern, beach plum and red cedar. They are <br /> actively growing on the coastal banks that they have vegetated in New Seabury. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked their timetable He was told late February. He stated it <br /> was a good planting plan and Mr. 'Talbot agreed also. Mr. Sherman stated it <br /> would be conditioned that they would need chapter 91 if going below Mean <br /> High Nater. Mr. Hayes agreed.
