Alexander Joyce and Paul <br /> Hess, landscape architect. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there have been several meetings and some agreements <br /> have been reached with more specificity on plantings. There have been <br /> discussions on the access issue and there- are some provisional agreements. <br /> Town Counsel has asked that we not close on that issue this evening. Ike <br /> spoke with Mr. Hill today and if all the other issues are solved, we could close <br /> pending some final language on the access issue. <br />
