16 November 2000 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission cannot continue on that basis because <br /> notice was sent out in a timely fashion. <br /> Ir. Grotze stated the applicant would like the application addressed tonight. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the Commission has no choice. <br /> Mr. Talbot asked the height of the structure. Ms Boretos stated the Board <br /> cannot address those issues. Mr. Rosenberg added, .only if it affects the <br /> environment. <br /> The Commission was asked hove far it is from the resource? Mr. Talbot stated <br /> the sunroon i ,over the patio. Ms Boretos stated there is no o' buffer there <br /> noir, the area was altered years ago. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it does not exceed the footprint. <br /> Ms Boretos recommended approval, not accepting the delineation of resource <br /> area. <br /> The abutter's representative asked what is the next stage? MIs Boretos advised <br /> 1t 1s Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended they tally to the Building Inspector since he will <br /> give the -hoard of Appeals advice. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing with the under- <br /> standing that the delineation of the resource area is not accepted <br /> and pending Board Of Appeals approval. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:55 L. CLARK DILL, 50 Popponesset Island Road continued from 1 <br /> October 2000. Bob Hamilton was present with Atty. Alexander Joyce and Paul <br /> Hess, landscape architect. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there have been several meetings and some agreements <br /> have been reached with more specificity on plantings. There have been <br /> discussions on the access issue and there- are some provisional agreements. <br /> Town Counsel has asked that we not close on that issue this evening. Ike <br /> spoke with Mr. Hill today and if all the other issues are solved, we could close <br /> pending some final language on the access issue. <br />
