The man who did the clearing did infringe on the work limit. The request to change the douse has been shown on the plan. Additional vegetation was left because of the encroachment. There was no pre-work on-site. Mr. Rosenberg asked if the deck is only two feet war Mr. Sanicki stated 1t is up to the work limit line. Mr. Rosenberg erg stated it looks like 2' to the building and 50' to the deck. Ms Boretos stated the applicant is willing to replant beyond the work limit line. Mr. Sanicki stated the damage is done and asked hove the Commission wishes to have them mitigate? Ms Boretos stated the issue was there was no pre-work on-site and the work limit. Mr. Sanicki stated they would plant on the work limit line. It was violated by 2-Tat the line. Vis Boretos would be amenable to that if they are grilling to plant conifer trees. Mr. Sanicki stated a pine tree would be right on the deck; 5' deck is proposed. Mr. 'Talbot suggested conditioning larger shrubs that could grog beneath. Mr. Sanicki suggested 2-1 2' beyond the work.limit was violated and to plant, there. Mr. l oscnberg suggested closing upon agreement on a planting plan. FIs oretos stated that can be conditioned in the order. Mt. Sherman stated it could be condition that no work could start until received. Public comment: none. NOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment with a planting plan to be cnditined in the Order of Conditions. Unanimous Vote. AMENDMENT ACCEPTED.
