Louise Lehrman on a Request for Determination <br /> of Applicability on a proposed replacement of an existing deck, maintenance of existing <br /> path to pond and removal of trees at 128 Algonquin Avenue, Assessors Map 65, Block <br /> 131. <br /> i <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of latent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Cornmission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Fri day. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> lust five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
