Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice 'of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30,, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published hed at <br /> least five days in advance in the 1 l shpee Enterprise or Cape Cod'Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town flail not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
