'There is a lot of die-off of grass under docks. He asked <br /> � <br /> the Commission to consider requiring this as Policy. <br /> The Chair was reluctant to require one specific product. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to require the use of flow-through <br /> Plastic grating on docks, as a policy. Unanimous Note. <br /> C V : Two certificates were issued for Reran. one for 127 Popponesset <br /> Island Road. This property has a violation but a letter is in the file from <br /> the new owner that he is aware and will be responsible for correcting the <br /> illegal lawn and cutting. <br /> NOTE; Motion made and seconded to issue Certificates of Compliance <br /> For Reran and 127 Popponesset Island Road. Unanimous Note. <br /> IACC: The Agent distributed a packet to be returned next meeting with <br /> the Annual Meeting Workshops s for selection. <br /> Bylaw Change: The Agent recommended, concerning the requirement <br /> ent <br /> for other permits, to go back to language in the Act, not obtained, only <br /> applied for. It will be on the 'Down Meeting warrant. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the revised language for <br /> The bylaw revision. Unanimous Note. <br /> Budget: The Agent advised the Clerk is funded through Reserved <br /> Receipts, the Town's portion of the state filing fees. The Assistant <br /> Agent's salary is partially funded from Town Conservation Land monies. <br /> He asked for a vote to allot these funds. <br /> NOTE: Motion mach and seconded to fund the Cler'k's salary and the <br /> Partial funding of the Assistant Agent's salary as stated by <br /> the Conservation Agent. Unanimous Note. <br /> Mass. Audubon workshop: Information distributed. <br />
