MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSI N <br /> Minutes ofJanuary 2001 <br /> Commissioner present: John Fitzsimmons, carol Moore, Ralph <br /> Shaw, Robert Shea, Michael Talbot, berry <br /> Ellis, Leonard Pinad. <br /> The chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> 7:05 WILLIAM MARTIR S for a Determination of - . . <br /> pircabrlrty on <br /> proposal for removal of trees and to do mitigative planting at 49 and 53 <br /> Cranberry Avenue. Mr. M rtrr s was present. He advised he will plant <br /> three shrubs for each tree removed. Some are leaning, two by the house. <br /> Mr. Talbot asked what was the reason for not replacing these with <br /> appropriate trees Mr. I1 artiros advised three of the trees at #53 are very <br /> close to the house, on the other side two are very close. The main <br /> branch on the tree shown a "E" carne down years. <br /> It was agreed Mr. Talbot would go to the site with theg ent to view the <br /> trees. <br /> Public comment: None. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the <br /> request of the applicant to 18 January 2001 and 7:25 p.m. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:10 GEORGE ADAMS to construct a residencer <br /> g . ge, deck, patio, <br /> walkways, driveway, Title V septic system and utility services at 47 Cove <br /> Road.
