MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSI N Minutes ofJanuary 2001 Commissioner present: John Fitzsimmons, carol Moore, Ralph Shaw, Robert Shea, Michael Talbot, berry Ellis, Leonard Pinad. The chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 7:05 WILLIAM MARTIR S for a Determination of - . . pircabrlrty on proposal for removal of trees and to do mitigative planting at 49 and 53 Cranberry Avenue. Mr. M rtrr s was present. He advised he will plant three shrubs for each tree removed. Some are leaning, two by the house. Mr. Talbot asked what was the reason for not replacing these with appropriate trees Mr. I1 artiros advised three of the trees at #53 are very close to the house, on the other side two are very close. The main branch on the tree shown a "E" carne down years. It was agreed Mr. Talbot would go to the site with theg ent to view the trees. Public comment: None. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of the applicant to 18 January 2001 and 7:25 p.m. Unanimous Vote.
