Pitch advised that, through the Planning Board, there is a cash <br /> bond that cannot be released until the vegetation stabilization tales <br /> place: They did hydroseed but it was too late in the season. Ms Boretos <br /> stated the catch basin is not underground, the top of it has eroded out. <br /> She asked if. they would be willing to provide a letter for this Notice f <br /> Intent with a commitment that this erosion will be rectified. Atty. Fitch <br /> stated he would be happy to do so. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there are a. lot of big trees where the house is going, a <br /> lot of old growth. At the pre-workon-site, trees can be tagged that will <br /> be saved. Mr. Sherman stated the 50' buffer requirement is a minimum <br /> but the Commission can ask for more. <br /> Mar.
