After-the-fact fees are in order. He will have to verify the <br /> depth oflam and if it meets the standards. If they cannot provide the <br /> information, the Commission would have to call in their own expert. It <br /> does meet the 10% standard. It has a berm and the inkberry plantings <br /> are growing. There is a disparity on the work limit on the plan and in the <br /> field.
