I February 2001 <br /> Page 4. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this work was done without refiling. There was ars <br /> Order of Conditions-but this was not part of it. After-the-fact filing fees <br /> were pail. He recommended approval because the boardwalk will <br /> prevent Borne erosion. Plantings done are .all within the work limit. He <br /> would not have chosen Rosa Rugosa but would not ask them to take <br /> them out now. He would condition that run-off from the boardwalk for a <br /> year or two and that the owner by responsible for any channelized <br /> erosion that develops. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment with the <br /> Condition of monitoring ofcurl--ofd`from the boardwalk and that <br /> The r er is responsible for fixing any problems. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEP'T'ED. <br /> 7:20 WHITEF X ITC, to construct a single family residence, driveway, <br /> ay, <br /> deck, Title V septic system and utility services at 98 Tide Tun. John <br /> Sl vinsky presenting. This is all within 100' of the Flood Zone. Abutter <br /> notification receipts were provided. This is only under the Bylaw. <br /> The Chair asked if this is outside the ACEC? It is. <br /> Ms Boretos recommended approval with native plantings shown on the <br /> plan. She asked if in the corner of the lot 20% could be planted with <br /> native shrubs. Mr. Slavinsky agreed and will provide a plan. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue with the stated <br /> Conditions. Unanimous Note. <br /> CLOSE AND ISSUE. <br /> 7:2 , JOSEPH SE AME to construct two louse additions and deck <br /> extension at 12 Kittle Neck Lane. Ton flavin k r provided abutter <br /> notification receipts. Architectural drawing showed up with this <br /> extended deck. <br />
