I February 2001 <br /> Page 7. <br /> received a week ago but was only for the new deck. she called Holmes <br /> McGrath who have not returned her call. she recommended issuing ars <br /> Enforcement order with a deadline for the submission of-the Notice nd <br /> details of what it must include. <br /> AFCEE: Two pages of objections to the Amended Order of Conditions for <br /> the Quashnet Bogs was received. The Agent met with them and the <br /> Cranberry Subcommittee. <br /> The consensus of the Commission was that if AFCEEgrants to make <br /> { changes, they will have to cone back to the Commission. Peggy Fantozzi <br /> to have the lead role in this. <br /> Conservation Restriction: The restriction for Lancaster Fealty 'frust <br /> loops good. Ms Boretos stated it will be recorded at the registry of <br /> Deeds. she recommended-approval. This will be on a. site plan. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the conservation <br /> Restriction as printed. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Cape & Islands: Network meeting called for next Thursday, February <br /> from 1-2:30 p.m. <br /> Fees: Postal rates have increased as well as other expenses. The Agent <br /> recommended increasing fees by $1 o across the Board. A legs hearing <br /> will have to be held next Agenda. <br /> Gates: The Commission has been approached by Police officer John <br /> Reed who has taken an interest in herring issues. He is seeking funds <br /> for gates. He wants to do this for this upcoming season. The Herring <br /> Warden has funds for. one gate. He suggested submitting a Town <br /> Meeting Article for funds and pulling it if the Finance Committee gives us <br /> the money. We could take the funds out of the Conservation Fund and <br /> reimburse it from Town Meeting funds. The gates will cost $1500 each. <br /> The Commission agreed with the recommendation. <br /> MACC: A copy of a legal advertisement for modifying/revolving an order- <br /> of Conditions was distributed. To be discussed next meeting. <br /> Community Preservation Act Conference: To be held on 10 February <br /> in Worcester. The Agent will pass this on to the Land Trust Committee. <br /> k <br />
