4 Town Mashpee <br /> S ' <br /> } <br /> Q <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Allashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 15 February 2001 at 7.20 p.m. on the application of the Mashpee Board of Selectmen for <br /> the construction of a bike path along Route 151, approximately 3 5 0 linear feet within the <br /> 100 foot buffer zone and approximately 600 linear feet within the R verfront Area. Fath <br /> and associated grading approximately 20 ff. gide. Also to be constructed is a versa lock <br /> retaining wall above the existing culvert to the Quashnet River. Assessors Maps 73 and <br /> 4. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of-8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tres. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest.
