MOTION:. Elliot Rosenberg Stade a Motion to Close subject to <br /> Board of Appeals approval.; Shellfish warden' s Memo; and the <br /> condition it be identified as a dinghy dock; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 10 Resources Construction LLC for construction of a single <br /> family dwelling, septic system, utility connections, driveway and <br /> landscaping at 8 Annawon Road, Assessors Map 65, Block 3 . <br /> ,pane Boretos reported Applicant has requested a continuance <br /> to June 21, 2001, at 7 : 3 ' p. t. due to staking issues . <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to continue this <br /> matter to June 21, 2001, at 7 : 30 p.m. at Applicant ' s request; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15 Kevin Duarte for Determination of Applicability on <br /> proposed construction of an in-ground pool within the 100 foot <br /> buffer on an Inland Bank at -30 Sandy war, Assessor's Map '97, Block <br /> . <br /> The Chairman recognized Chris Costa, representing Applicant, <br /> who explained the° proposed project making references to <br /> Certified Plot Plan, dated April 26, 2001 : Inground pool with <br /> patio. All disturbed areas are to be stabilized after <br /> construction with appropriate ground cover. <br /> Mr.. Sherman informed the Commission that said project meets <br /> standards, being fifty-five feet from the bank Bvw. He inquired <br /> as to the extent of the work limit line pooh. area) , noting <br /> six/seven -oak trees would be lost, asking if some night be <br /> spared. <br /> Mr. costa responded Applicant has asked that the fifty foot <br /> line be respected by five feet to allow for overall planting pool <br /> area. Mr. Sherman asked what type of plantings are being <br /> proposed. - Mr. Costa responded there is nothing definitive at the <br /> moment . <br /> Mr. Sherman inquired as to whether or not the Town Bylaw <br /> requires fencing around the pool area (which is not indicated on <br /> the plan) . He suggested location of the fence be shown on <br /> revised pian to assist in making planting decisions . <br /> The Chairman made further inquiries as to the boundary of <br /> the limit of work line being proposed by Applicant, asking that <br /> consideration be given to the conservation of trees in the <br /> subject area. In response, Mr. Costa stated Applicant ' s desired <br /> use of his property. <br /> The Chairman further inquired if Applicant would consider <br /> -4- <br />
