References were being made to "Revised Plan Proposed Pier Reconstruction in Mashpee, dated June 3 , 200111 Diane Boretos recommended approval, noting said proposal to be an improvement to the environment in the event of spring tides and storm event . John Johansen inquired as to DEP number and Ch. 91 License. Ms. Grenier informed the Commission Board of Appeals Hearing is not required, as they/Building Inspector have approved/signed. There being no further Commission or public- comment, the chai man entertained a motion, MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to close subject to Chapter 91 Permit and DELA Number; which motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. wi l l owbend-Anrad a continuance from may 10, 2001.
