The existing footings are to be removed and replaced with four <br /> 4 foot - footings . References were being made to the plan with <br /> Mr. wing pointing out the deteriorating conditions of the <br /> existing retaining wall, suggesting it be removed completely, <br /> constructing a bank on either side with plantings of juniper, <br /> and to install stone on the bottom where the concrete has <br /> deteriorated. <br /> Erosion/prevention issues were discussed. <br /> Diane Boetos recommended a Negative Determination, <br /> commenting the planting -of juniper will prove to stabilize the <br /> bank; and that it is located at some distance from the pond. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion for Negative <br />� <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 45 William McLatchy, Jr. for Determination of <br /> Applicability on proposed replacement of an existing failed <br /> septic system with a Title V septic system upgrade and <br /> installation of an encased water service at 63 Riverside Drive, <br /> Assessors Map 120, Block 1 . RDA <br /> Diane Ereos reported the proposal is for upgrade of an <br /> existing septic system for four bedrooms, two structures, <br /> house and cottage, on the lot . - The Board of Health has approved <br /> this project, however mitten ertif kation. has not yet been <br /> received by the Conservation Department .
