s <br /> Diane Boretos reminded the Commission there had been n <br /> Applicant representation at the previous Hearing and that she <br /> had questions at the time which could not be addressed. <br /> in the interim Ms Boretos and Ms . Jackson have had contact <br /> and additional submissions have been made regarding erosion <br /> issues . <br /> Ms . Boretos recommended a Negative II Determination. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion for Negative Ii <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Ton-Hearing Agenda <br /> Old Business <br /> . Mr. Sherman reported on serious erosion problems at. the <br /> cranberry bogs located at the southern end of Santuit Pond. Mr. <br /> Hotstetter volunteered to provide sandbags as a temporary <br /> stabilization method. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Conservat-ion stock pile sandbags and <br /> erosion control materials for distribution as needed in emergency <br /> situations. The costs for which would be reimbursed by the user. <br /> He requested permission to pursue this matter and report his <br /> findings to the Commission at the next Meeting. <br /> 8 : 05 Casey Tree, 84 Algonquin Avenue, continued from May 24, <br /> 2001. } A <br /> Mr. Sherman reported he has been on site and feels confident <br /> there are mitigation measures that an be �..+�t into effect . <br /> Applicant has requested a continuance so that he and the <br /> Conservation Agent can meet and discuss possible solutions. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a ,Mot ion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to June 21, 2001 at 7 :45 p.m. , at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which Motion .was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 5 .
