Joint Meeting Board of Health and Conservation <br /> Commission-Mr. Sherman suggested awaiting contact from the <br /> Chairman of Board of Health for the purpose of preparing an <br /> agenda; to which the Commission agreed. <br /> 2 . Conservation CommisRion Ire-house Workshops-Mr. ShermanWorkshops- <br /> reported the Assistant Agent has prepared tentative topics for <br /> presentation. He determined a firm interest commitment <br /> was demonstrated by the Commission and volunteered to prepare <br /> suggestions for the first two workshops for presentation at the <br /> next meeting. <br /> . Ch.40B Informational Meeting, March 20th, 2001, at Town <br /> Hall, p.m. - Acknowledged. <br /> . Monthly Commission Business Meetings - The Commission <br /> agreed to postpone this suggestion until such time as the <br /> Workshops have been established. <br /> . Establishment of an Executive Committee - Mr. Sherman <br /> suggested a Committee consisting of three members willing to <br /> interpret policy, provide recommendations regarding individual <br /> situations, etc. to the Commission; and alternate officers, which <br /> positions would be rotated. <br /> The Commission encouraged Mr. Sherman to prepare/present <br /> formal; establishment by-laws for presentation at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> . Certificate of Compliance -118 8, Santuit Pond <br /> Associates, .issuance of which was recon r�ded by the Assistant <br /> Agent. <br /> . Certificate of Compliance 3-1786, 101 Popponessett <br /> Island Road, which was not recommended by the Assistant Agent . <br /> She reported required mitigation planting has not been done and <br /> them has been mowing to the high salt marsh area. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to issue Certificate of <br /> Compliance S -118 , Santuit Pond Association; and to deny <br /> Certificate of Compliance -1786, 101 Poppone sett Road; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carol Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> . Request for Administrative Change, 56 Wakeby Road, <br /> SE43-1736 . Mr. Sherman did not recommend approval . The proposal <br /> requested a change in house footprint, upon inspection it was <br /> found that the deck extends beyond the work limit, <br /> MOT Io T: Michael Talbot made a Motion to deny Request for <br /> Administrative Charge at 56 Wakeby Road; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> -1 - <br />
