He reconunended <br /> approval, by Negative Determination. <br /> There being no Conunission or public come .t, the Chairman <br /> entertained a Motion. <br /> MOTION: ohn Johansen made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> oo Lawrence Werrick, 10 Wheelhouse Lane, a continuance <br /> from June 21, 2001. NOI <br /> Mr. Sherman reminded the Commission that one reason for <br /> continuance was to afford the landscaper sufficient time to <br /> submit work provisions for work expected to be done in the fall . <br /> The Landscaper has not yet made contact with Attorney mills, <br /> representing Applicant, or Conservation Commission Staff. <br /> He suggested a two week continuance, with notification to <br /> Attorney bills seeking agreement. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to Deny unless <br /> Applicant agrees within five days to a continuance which has <br /> been scheduled for July 26, 2001 at 8 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 05 Jeffrey Welsen, 80 Wheelhouse Lane, a continuance from <br /> May 24, 2001. NoI <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, re nese ting Applicant . He made reference to a <br /> Landscaping Plan explaining the landscaper had trimmed <br /> unauthorized areas. <br /> The proposed project includes a building addition., deck, and <br /> patio. References were being made to the resource area and <br /> locations of revegetat.ion. <br /> Michael Talbot suggested changes to the planting list, <br /> which were made, dated, and initialled. <br /> Mr.. Sherman clarified no vista pruning has been approved on <br /> the property. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a lotion. <br /> LOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to Close and Issue; which <br /> -13- <br />
