MOTION: ohn Johansen made a Motion for Negative Determination; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and so voted unanimously. oo Lawrence Werrick, 10 Wheelhouse Lane, a continuance from June 21, 2001. NOI Mr. Sherman reminded the Commission that one reason for continuance was to afford the landscaper sufficient time to submit work provisions for work expected to be done in the fall . The Landscaper has not yet made contact with Attorney mills, representing Applicant, or Conservation Commission Staff. He suggested a two week continuance, with notification to Attorney bills seeking agreement. There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to Deny unless Applicant agrees within five days to a continuance which has been scheduled for July 26, 2001 at 8 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. 8 : 05 Jeffrey Welsen, 80 Wheelhouse Lane, a continuance from May 24, 2001. NoI The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands Engineering, re nese ting Applicant . He made reference to a Landscaping Plan explaining the landscaper had trimmed unauthorized areas. The proposed project includes a building addition., deck, and patio. References were being made to the resource area and locations of revegetat.ion. Michael Talbot suggested changes to the planting list, which were made, dated, and initialled. Mr.. Sherman clarified no vista pruning has been approved on the property.
