Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 10 Casey Tree, 84 Algonquin Avenue, a continuance from <br /> May 24, tool . NOI <br /> Mr. Sherman explained Applicant, Mr. Brian Casey, has <br /> requested a continuance to allow for arrangements to be rade with <br /> the abutter for a joint meeting regarding mitigative planting. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, he Chairman � <br /> entertained a notion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to July 26, 2o01, 7 .-50 p.m. at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 8 : 15 John Wilson to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1887 to replace an existing shell drive with indigenous <br /> plantings, construct a new garage, shell apron for the garage and <br /> parking tray and proposed dry rel l s for roof runoff at 202 <br /> lononoscoy Road, Assessors Map 114, Block 43A. <br /> Mr. Sherman summarized the proposed project being to replace <br /> an existing driveway area with garage and additional plantings on <br /> the street -side of the house. <br /> There being no coni ion or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained. a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to accept the <br /> amendment ent assubmitted; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8:20 Peter R. Owens to remove portions of an existing deck, <br /> construction of garage and house addition and stone driveway at <br /> 16 Spoondrift Circle, Assessor8 leap ill, Block 118 . <br /> 0 <br /> The Chairman recognized Dave Sa icki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant. laking references to the <br /> Plan, Mr. sanicki explained Applicant would like to Construct <br /> ars eleven (1 1) by sixteen 1 foot garage at one end of the <br /> house, and a bedroom addition at the other. <br /> The Board of Health has determined thie existing septic <br /> system to be appropriate for the number of bedrooms in the house, <br /> that being three (3) . <br /> Diane Boretos inquired as to mitigative plantings due to the <br /> removal of oak trees. one holly tree is to be transplanted. She <br /> reported that in speaking with Mrs . Owens, it had been agreed to <br /> plant bayberry or beach plumb along the bank. <br /> -14- <br />
