Approval of Minutes - There being no comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion for approval . <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a Motion to approve the Minutes <br /> of March 2 , 2001; April 1 , 2001; and April 2 , 2001, a s <br /> submitted; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 13 . Ashu .et Bond Alum Treatment - Mr. Sherman reported he <br /> had attended a meeting in this regard on the previous day at Otis <br /> A. F.B.. There is to he anothet meeting later in the month at <br /> which time he will report further. <br /> 14. Update DCPC Sub-Committee - Carole Moore reported that <br /> she and Diane Boretos have attended a Meeting of the- Cape Cod <br /> commission, The Commission requires additional support of this <br /> matter before any consideration could be made. <br /> She further reported there is no support from the Board of <br /> Selectmen or the Town Planner. The Sub-Committee has been <br /> disbanded. There has been no support from the Mashpee <br /> Environmental Coalition. <br /> 1 . Letter from Nrmandeau Associates - Acknowledged,, <br /> copies were provided to all Commissioners (wetland area between <br /> Sage Lot Pond and Flat Pond) . This matter being unfamiliar iliar to <br /> Commission/Staff. <br /> 1 , DeLory violation - Diane Boretos reported on the <br /> violation, Mr. DeLory having dug out a portion of high salt marsh <br /> on Bay Road, M nom s c oy Island. A Enforcement Order~ has been <br /> issued requiring restoration. <br /> She further reported she has made an attempt to contact M . <br /> Tavares to no avail. . Said restoration work not having been <br /> completed, she looked to the Commission for direction. <br /> -16- <br />
