Mr. Sherman suggested a letter be railed to Mr. DeLory <br /> stating that due to non-compliance the matter is being referred <br /> to Town Counsel . <br /> MOTI N: John Johansen made a Motion to notify Mr. DeLory in <br /> writing of issues of non-compliance resulting in referral to Town <br /> Counsel; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 17 . Submission of Article for Town Meeting - Mr. Sherman <br /> reported upon the possibility that estimates with regard to the <br /> fish ladder at Johns Pond will exceed the Sixty Thousand <br /> ($60, 000 . 00) Dollars previously voted at Town Meeting. <br /> Said Article is requesting an additional Twenty-Five <br /> Thousand ($25, 000 . 00) Dollars from the Town should it be <br /> i <br /> necessary. Copies were provided to all Commissioners. <br /> NOTION; Michael Talbot mada motion to approve submission <br /> of Town Meeting Article reque-stingadditional. Twenty-Five <br /> Thousand ($25, 000 . 00) Dollars for the fish lander at Johns Pond; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 18 . other - John Johansen reported briefly on the Besse <br /> Bog. Nothing has been done at the Bog for the past two 2 <br /> years, there has been no crop, there are water issues. There is <br /> intertest is conducting Educational Tours. Antique items are <br /> valued ed at approximately Twelve Hundred Fifty ($1, 250 . 00) Dollars. <br /> It was agreed that the Conservation/Assistant Agents would <br /> pursue the matter. <br /> New Business <br /> 1. Administrative Review, 202 Daniel ' s Island Road - Mr. <br /> Sherman reported Dave Sanii, Cape & Islands Engineering has <br /> requested a change in the septic system capacity from four ) <br /> bedrooms to five with an exercise room over the garage, to <br /> include sanitary facilities. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended a denitrification system be required <br /> (nitrogen issues with the Bay) , which will also require ars. <br /> Amended Order. <br /> MOTION: JohnJohansen made a Motion to require a <br /> Denitrification System and Amended Order in this matter; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> .
