Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MTI : Elliot Rosenberg rade a Motion to Close; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 05 Half Tide Marina for Determination of Applicability on <br /> the placement of a temporary modular trailer at 21 Frog Pond <br /> Close, Assessors Map 90, Block 83 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Troy Clarkson and Edward Lewis, <br /> Applicant . Mr. Clarkson explained he and Mr. Lewis are general <br /> partners in the venture, have obtained the business approximately <br /> tern to) weeks ago and have made significant efforts to improve <br /> plantings. He further reported he has leen in communication with <br /> the Assistant Conservation Agent attempting to remedy those areas <br /> of concern identified by the Conservation Commission. <br /> one short term improvement being proposed is the placement <br /> of a temporary modular trailer to replace the current portable <br /> facilities . There is a lease agreement with G. F. Capita. Modular <br /> Space Trailer and the RDA application has been filed with the <br /> conservation Commission. <br /> With regards to the stop work order, request is being made <br /> through the application to install a railing on the deck which <br /> had been constructed without benefit of building permit. <br /> Replacement of the bulkhead is also being addressed. <br /> Diane Boretos reported the proposed trailer is to be located <br /> outside of the velocity zone; the railing is required for safety <br /> purposes. She recommended a Negative II Determination. <br /> Elliot Rosenberg inquired as to a permanent arrangement; and <br /> deadline date certain for construction. <br /> Diane Boretos responded there had been a deadline date for <br /> pump out facilities. Due to ownership/management changes in <br /> connection with the establishment, an Amended order will he <br /> necessary, as well as Board of Appeals process. <br /> Mr. Clarkson agreed, stating there has been a technical <br /> review, and receipt of state approval for a grant in connection <br /> with pump out services. The lease has been signed and returned <br /> to the stag. Applicant is ready to proceed. <br /> (There was some discussion regarding Board of Appeals <br /> process/refiling. ) <br /> Leonard Pinaud asked if the proposed facility would be self <br /> contained; grey water from the shower. <br /> Mr. Clarkson responded "yes" the facility is self contained. <br /> All residue will be contained in a tight tank, to be pumped <br /> -3- <br />
