. Tour" Phone Calls - Diane Boretos reported upon the large <br /> number of phone calls received by the Office regarding tour <br /> information. she suggested the Tour Coordinator! Renee Fud l , <br /> be designated as contact person and that her telephone number be <br /> made available through publicity efforts. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw rade a lotion to approve request that <br /> the Tour coordinator, Renee Fuda a, be assigned as contact <br /> person, pending her permission to publicize her telephone number; <br /> which motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> oo Iseer/Brame, 128-130 shore Drive West, a continuance <br /> from May , 2001 . N I <br /> Diane Boretos reminded the Commission that Applicant had <br /> been requested to reconsider portions of the project, walkway <br /> over a dune area and stairway located on a steep (eroding) bank. <br /> Possible adjacent abutter use of stairway/removable in a storm <br /> event was suggested, to which 'Applicant has complied. <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Holmes, BSS Group, representing <br /> Applicant . <br /> Mr. Holmes made reference to a chart indicating a proposed <br /> shared coastal bank walk over structure, which has been reduced <br /> in size from what was originally proposed sitting areas have <br /> been eliminated, and relocation from the coastal dune area) . <br /> References were made to the FEMA flood zone elevations <br /> twenty-three and three removable sections in anticipation of <br /> storm/seasonal use which can be stored outside the buffer zone. <br /> The original proposal outlined a beach nourishment proposal, <br /> to which the Commission raised some objections . considerations <br /> are now being made to the installation of removable/seasonable <br /> fencing (snow) for the purpose of containing some migrating sands <br /> in an effort to provide some protection to the coastal bank. <br /> i <br /> Diane oretos r . <br />. recommended approval, commending Applicant for <br /> addressing those concerns raised by the Commission. <br /> The chairman questioned legalities in connection with <br /> ownership/property issues. Mr. Holmes explained the Notice of <br /> Intent paperwork has been revised to name both owners as <br /> Hipp l i c ars t. <br /> With regard to removable sections of the stairway, Mr. <br /> Holmes reported 4 x 4 pressure treated posts will be used in <br /> contunction with concrete sonnatubes, which portion will remain <br /> intact. <br /> There being no further commission or public comment, the <br />
