8 :25 Michael Lemi h to stabilize the coastal bank with fiber <br /> rolls at 42 Great Kiger Road, Assessors Map 120, Block 71. <br /> The Chairman recognized Patrick last name inaudible) , <br /> Landscaper, representing Applicant, who made reference to a <br /> sketch indicating the embankment area in need of stabilization. <br /> He explained the proposed project to consist of trimming the <br /> roots and installation of fiber rolls into the bulk of the roots, <br /> to be backfilled with loam and pond wash for strength. <br /> Both the Conservation and Assistant Conservation Agents have <br /> made an inspection of the property. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended approval. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:NRalph Shaw made a motion to close and Issue; which <br /> motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so noted unanimously. <br /> Michael Crowe for construction of a four bedroom <br /> dwelling, garage, patio, septic system and associated grading and <br /> landscaping at 32 Poppone set Avenue, Assessors Neap 70, Block 88 . <br /> The Chairman recognized. Ed Stone and Paul Shea, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> Nor. Stone explained that Applicant wishes to construct a <br /> single family four ( bedroom home. Where is currently a Plan <br /> before the Zoning Board of Appeals; the septic system has been <br /> approved by the Board of Health (pending Conservation Commission <br /> approval) . making reference to the Plan he noted the wetland <br /> areas are flagged. <br /> #r. Stone made reference to some discrepancy, as to whether <br /> or not an area is vernal pool . there is no registered plan <br /> identifying the area as vernal pool; however, there is apparently <br /> a plan on file identifying it as such. The Conservation Agent is <br /> well aware of this situation. <br /> References were being made to an existing well which will be <br /> used for irrigation purposes. Where is a connection to 'down <br /> water. Applicant intends to install a water line in compliance <br /> with the Highway Department . <br /> Diane Boretos reported on wetland issues, stating the area <br /> to be a very nice wetland. However, Applicant has met the fifty <br /> o ft. foot setback. There has been some cutting pine snags <br /> in order~ to provide snag habitat along the buffer zone and into <br /> the wetlands. <br /> -15- <br />
