Request being made on <br /> Amended Order. <br /> The Commission has previously authorized repair construction <br /> under an Amended Order of a certain section of riprap. Upon <br /> completion the contractor discovered the underlining was greater <br /> than appeared on the surface, resulting in the construction of <br /> additional work not shown on the plan which accompanied the <br /> Amended Order. <br /> Mr. McGrath requested after-the-fact authorization of <br /> larger repair area and removal of vegetation at the top of the <br /> bank. He also requested approval for additional plantings at the <br /> top of the bank. <br /> Diane Boretos rade reference to the Plan indicating an area <br /> of pine and shrubs which have been cleared away; there are <br /> virtually no plantings remaining at the top of the bank. <br /> She recommended approval of the Amended Order request, <br /> pending submission of a Restoration Plan/Mitigation for the top <br /> of the bank consisting of native shrubs and trees. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:.: Carole Moore made a Motion to approve the Amended <br /> Order request, pending submission of a Revegetat i on Plan which is <br /> to be approved by the onservat i onAs i t ant Agents; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8:20 Diane Duarte for Determination of Applicability on <br /> proposed construction of a retaining wall and patio deck within <br /> the 100 foot buffer to an inland bank at 30 Sander Warr, Assessors <br /> Neap 97, Block 6 .
