He addressed the following six-steps: <br /> Referring to the Locus lap, Mr. Ferragamo stated the site is <br /> located on seconsett Island, adjacent to Little River, south of <br /> the Little River Boat Yard. There is existing house, stone, and <br /> rip rap retaining system; boardwalk, float and ramp} <br /> #1 - Request is being made to re-gravel the existing <br /> driveway, identified as Work Item #1 . Currently it drains right <br /> into the house. Applicant is proposing to re-grade slightly to <br /> drain away from the house and to re-gravel upon completion.. No <br /> paving involved. ) <br /> #2 - Request to install underground electric and water lines <br /> along an existing footpath from the cottage to the dock. <br /> Proposed construction would be approximately 1211 below grade to <br /> be done either by hand or small equipment. o disruption to the <br /> line of existing cedar trees on the property. <br /> # - Request to construct a 11 x 141 stone patio to <br /> accommodate a picnic table, replacing the existing lawn area <br /> located at the timber part of the bulkhead. As discussed and <br /> agreed with the Assistant Conservation Agent, compensatory work <br /> along the lawn edge of the timber bulkhead to be removed and <br />
