MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Close; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda - Continued <br /> 11. Request for Administrative review SE -20 - Mr. <br /> Sherman reported request is to change a wooden deck to a patio <br /> within the same area and within the work limit . There being <br /> sufficient mitigative vegetation on the site, there is no concern <br /> for runoff. He recommended ended approv l . <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Approve <br /> Administrative Review SE-2025; which Motion was seconded by Ralph <br /> Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 12 . Request for Administrative Review SE -2052 - Mr. <br /> Sherman reported request is to change wooden deck to patio. The <br /> patio footprint changes within a few feet, allwithin the work <br /> limit. He recormended approval . <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to Approve <br /> Administrative Review SE 43-2052 - which Motion was seconded by <br /> Elliot Rosenberg and so voted unanimously. <br /> 13 . Mr. Sherman suggested the Commission Note to reappoint <br /> Diane Boretos to serve as representative on the Natural Resources <br /> Committee. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to reappoint Diane <br /> oretos as Conservation Commission representative to the Natural <br /> Resources Committee; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Non-Nearing Agenda - New Business <br /> 1. Mr. Sherman reported a request has been made by the <br /> uashnet School to staff a table explaining Conservation duties <br /> at their water Fair, September 19, 2001. asked for <br /> Commission volunteers as both he and the Assistant Agent are <br /> unavailable. <br /> 2 . Certificate of Compliance SE -1.950 - The Assistant <br /> Agent is recommending denial in this matter. Upon inspection she <br /> found the dry wells have not been installed; both pitch pine <br /> trees have been. removed (one was to have remained) ; planting of <br /> one six foot pine at the southeast corner of the deck has not <br /> been dome; the storm well on the west side does not show on the <br /> approved plan (and is required) ; all disturbed areas meed to be <br /> stabilized. <br /> I OTION Michael Talbot made a Motion to Deny Certificate of <br /> j <br /> Compliance SE 43-1950 based upon recommendation of the Assistant <br /> ConservationAgent- which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg <br /> -12- <br /> i <br /> Y <br />
