Town of lashpee <br /> -Con-servation Commission <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> September 6. 2001 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission meeting was <br /> called to order in Conference Roots ahpee Town hall, 1 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mahpee, Massachusetts at p.m. n <br /> Thursday, September 6. 2001. The Chairman, John Fitzsimmons, <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, chairman; John <br /> Johansen, Clem; Stephanie Jones, Associate Member; Carole Moore; <br /> Leonard Pinaud; Elliot Rosenberg, Vice Chairman; Ralph Shaw; and <br /> Michael Talbot . <br /> Also present: Diane Boretos, Assistant Conservation Agent. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he addressed <br /> the matter of Public Co hent - None. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda - old Business <br /> 1. Draft Fuel Spill-1 - Speaking on behalf of the <br /> Conservation Agent, Diane Boretos reported the main concern at <br /> this point .is the possibility of a larger withdrawal than <br /> originally proposed. <br /> Leonard Pinaud spore to Mr., Sherman f s concern regarding <br /> lowering water levels . The Air Force has responded there will be <br /> a larger da.m than originally envisioned. However, the system <br /> will be monitored and subject to change based upon input. <br /> 2 , Administrative Review-Lang, 25 La} eshor Drive - Diane <br /> oretos reported that Mr. Sherman feels the change is minor and <br /> confined within the original footprint. <br /> Letter received from Michael trots e - "Attached please find <br /> the final site plan for the proposed residents in Carriage House <br /> for the above workmen' s residence in New Seabur . The plan has <br /> been modified to reflect the actual architectural footprint <br /> proposed for the property. Both of the structures have remained <br /> within or been relocated further from the resource area. 11 <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to accept the <br /> Administrative Review for 25 Lakeshore Drive; which Notion was <br /> seconded by john Johansen and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : Casey Free and Landscape, 84 Algonquin Avenue, <br /> continued from May 24, 2001.
