He agreed the product would kill <br /> everything. However, there are alternative measures which could <br /> be taken. He suggested the matter be researched (THTC-Colorado) . <br /> The Chairman inquired if a continuance would be acceptable <br /> to Mr. Tavares- to which he agreed for two-weeks only. <br /> Elliot Rosenberg asked how the product would be prevented <br /> from running down gradient. <br /> Nor. Tavares reiterated the product is applied as a liquid <br /> which becomes a fumigant upon contact with the soil . <br /> Leonard Pinaud asked if a material safety data sheet has <br /> been provided. - - <br />
